The Matchstick Fleet – by Philip Warren

The Matchstick Fleet by Philip Warren is making it’s return to the Fleet Air Arm Museum! Come and see a hand-crafted fleet all made with matchsticks!
The collection, built entirely from matches and matchboxes, spans 525 ships and 1000 aircraft.
A culmination of a lifetime’s work, it includes the ships of the Royal Navy and beyond, illustrating the development of warships from the end of the Second World War right up to the present day.
Free with a valid museum ticket.
